1.Information about your use of the website, such as the pages you visit, traffic, communication, and location data
2.Information provided voluntarily by you, such as your email address

Personal data

The information that we collect from you or that you provide, is used to provide services to you. Great care is taken to keep your personal information safe. To enable communication with you, data such as your phone number, address and email address will be stored on my electronic devices: mobile phone, tablet, laptop, desktop computer. Some of this data may be stored in the Microsoft cloud, which may be outside the European Union. By providing these details, you agree to the transfer, storage, and processing of this data. Unfortunately, the security of information sent via the internet cannot be guaranteed, as such information can be intercepted. The sending of such information is entirely at your own risk. Data sent electronically by you may be stored electronically.

Personal information which you have shared with us, and which is recorded on paper, is stored in a locked cabinet.

Your personal information will not be disclosed to any third party without your knowledge and consent other than that which is required to by law.

Confidentiality, which is afforded to everyone regardless of age, will be discussed in more detail at the initial appointment and is explained in the therapy agreement you will be asked to sign; especially how this is managed in the rare circumstance that there is significant risk of harm to you or to someone else.

It must also be noted that contact tracing services (following the coronavirus pandemic) may require the release of names of anyone seen in-person at Thinking Space. In this situation, I would be duty-bound to release them. However, no clinical information would be released in these circumstances.

Access to Information

In accordance with the Data Protection Act, you have the right to access any information that is held, relating to you. However, I reserve the right to charge for any costs incurred in releasing the information to you.
