Unfortunately, the security of information sent via the internet cannot be guaranteed, as such information can be intercepted. The sending of such information is entirely at your own risk. Personal information which you have shared with us and which is recorded on paper is stored in a locked cabinet.

Confidentiality, which is afforded to everyone regardless of age, will be discussed in more detail at the initial assessment; especially how this is managed in the rare circumstance that there is significant risk of harm to you or to someone else.
It must also be noted that, in the current circumstances surrounding coronavirus, contact tracing services may require the release of names of anyone seen in-person at Thinking Space. In this situation, Thinking Space would be duty-bound to release them. However, no clinical information would be released in these circumstances.
Access to Information
In accordance with the Data Protection Act, you have the right to access any information that we hold relating to you. However, we reserve the right to charge for any costs incurred in releasing the information to you.
